Winning dynamics

Welcome education professionals!

Winning dynamics aim to establish a structured, calm, and engaging classroom framework. They rely on clear guidelines, proactive attention management, and a cooperative stance. Expected behaviours are explicitly taught to promote autonomy and communal living. Cooperation and differentiation allow each student to find their place within the group. These practices transform classroom management into a sustainable lever for learning and well-being.

Key words of Mindly

Class management

Organise clear guidelines and collective functioning. Classroom management encompasses all the strategies and practices implemented by the teacher to organise, maintain, and optimise an environment conducive to learning, discipline, and student well-being.

Empowering students

Empowering means giving the student the ability and desire to take charge of their learning, behaviours, and their role in collective life. It also means trusting them and providing appropriate leeway.

Ritualise without rigidity

Establish rituals (entry, transitions, closure) to structure time, but always allow a bit of flexibility to adapt these rituals according to the day's needs or the group's dynamics.

Vary energy and allow movement

Attention does not last indefinitely! Incorporate active breaks, variations in pace, and allow controlled movement to avoid cognitive overload and re-engage concentration.

Differentiate without stigmatising

Offer varied resources, simplify some instructions, encourage collaboration… but within a common framework shared by all, so that every student feels included and valued.
